To be eligible for a return:

• Return your item within 60 days of delivery.
• Include the original packing slip or invoice.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• Return the item in its original packaging (or suitable protective packaging).
• Include all complimentary accessories, such as the leather gel, cotton bag, and gift box (if applicable).
  
  

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please do not return it yet. Contact us by email first and include photos of the damage so we can assist you.

4. Print your return label (if applicable) and send your package back.
5. We'll process your return once it arrives.

After we receive your return:
