To be eligible for a return:

• Return your item within 60 days of delivery.
• Include the original packing slip or invoice.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• Return the gloves in their original black resealable bag.
• Include all complimentary accessories, such as the leather gel, cotton storage bag, and gift box where applicable.
  
  

Did your item arrive damaged or defective? Please do not return it yet. Contact us by email first and include clear photographs of the damage so that we can assist you.

1. Enter your order number and email address.
2. Select the item or items you would like to return or exchange.
3. Choose a refund, an exchange for a different size, or store credit.
4. Print your free return label and send your package back.
5. We will process your return once it arrives.

After we receive your return:

• Exchange: Ships within approximately 5 business days.
• Store Credit: Sent by email.
• Refund: Returned to your original payment method after inspection.
