"Die Handschuhe musste ich zurückschicken, da sie zu groß waren. Für das Retourenlabel brauchte ich immer wieder Hilfe, es funktionierte alles nicht so recht. "After checking what glove size I had using the measurement I had, I found out I was a size 9. Upon purchasing the gloves, it turned out to be slightly loose. Not to the point of them falling off, but I do have to correct them once in a while so they don’t fall off. Other than that, the gloves are comfortable. Touch screen works perfectly. Fur is nice to the touch. Overall a good product. My only regret is it not fitting me properly despite doing the correct measurement. Though I believe that still is a mistake on my part despite everything I’ve done correctly before purchase. Would recommend. Will buy two pairs for my family members, who wants some as well later this year."
