"Mit den Produkten bin ich sehr zufrieden, tolle Qualität. Daher habe ich mich erneut zum Kauf entschieden. Das Produkt sollte lieferbar und in ein bis zwei Tagen bei mir sein, wurde aber seit 5 Wochen nicht geliefert. Auf Chat-Nachrichten der Homepage erfolgt zum Status der Bestellung keine Antwort, per Mail wird nur pauschal geantwortet. Weitere Nachfragen ergaben, dass nun detailliert geprüft werden soll, dies ist nun aber auch einige Tage her. Absolut schlechter Kundenservice trotz Qualitätsprodukten. Ich muss davon ausgehen, dass die Bestellung verloren ging und man das Ganze aussitzt ohne das Produkt zu liefern oder den Preis zu erstatten."

Megan, dameswanten van lamsvlees met voering van konijnenbont

"Na de aanschaf van de Alessandra handschoenen wilde ik ook nog graag warme wanten. De Megan wanten zien er erg mooi uit en de voering is aaibaar, zacht en warm. Ik had eerst de maat volgens de maattabel gekozen ( 7,5) maar vond deze toch te krap bij de duim. Retour gestuurd en vervolgens de 8 geprobeerd. Die maat zat beter, maar bij de pols nu te wijd. Bij de schoenmaker de polsen wat laten innemen en nu zitten ze heerlijk. Verzending was opnieuw erg snel."
