Free Returns within 60 Days

  • Free returns within 60 days of delivery.
  • Free exchanges for a different size or style.

Important – Before You Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Return your item within 60 days of delivery.
  • Include the original packing slip or invoice.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • Return the item in its original packaging (or suitable protective packaging).
  • Include all complimentary accessories, such as the black plastic ziplock bag, leather gel, cotton bag, and gift box (if applicable).

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please do not return it immediately. Contact our customer service team first and include photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.


How It Works

  1. Enter your order number and email address.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Choose whether you'd like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  4. Print your return label (if applicable) and send your parcel back.
  5. We'll process your return once it arrives at our warehouse.


What Happens Next?

After we receive your return:

  • Exchange: Your replacement item will usually be dispatched within 5 working days.
  • Store Credit: Issued by email.
  • Refund: Returned to your original payment method after your return has been inspected.
