You have 60 days from delivery to return your order. Free return labels are available for US customers only.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:

  1. Enter your order number (starts with #SH-) and email above.
  2. Select the item(s) to return.
  3. Give a reason for the return.
  4. Choose your refund method: Exchange (different size), Store Credit (valid 6 months), or Original Payment Method.
  5. Print the return label emailed to you and follow its instructions.
  6. Pack and ship your return — see requirements below.

International orders: No return label is provided. Ship to:

BEFORE YOU SHIP, MAKE SURE TO:

  • Damaged gloves? Don't return them — email us a photo first (info@schwartz-vonhalen.com) and we'll help.
  • Include the original packing slip/invoice (missing this delays processing).
  • Return gloves unworn, unfolded, uncreased, unstained, and undamaged.
  • Pack gloves flat, using original packaging or a suitable alternative.
  • Include the Leather Gel & Velvet Bag (required for any refund or exchange).

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  • We'll process your return as soon as it arrives. Due to high volume, processing may take a bit longer than usual — email us for a status update if needed.
  • Exchanges ship within 5 business days; any price difference is charged/refunded to your original payment method.
  • Store credit codes are emailed to you (valid 6 months).
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
